Job DetailsJob Location: The Classen - Oklahoma City, OK 73106Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys creating exceptional experiences for residents and guests? We are seeking a Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for one of our premier apartment communities. This position is ideal for an individual with outstanding communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.  In this resident-facing role, you will help create a welcoming environment, assist residents and visitors, and support the day-to-day operations of the community. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and committed to providing a first-class resident experience.  Responsibilities:  Welcome residents, guests, and prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner  Manage the front desk and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests  Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general community information  Coordinate resident packages, deliveries, and visitor access  Assist with resident events and community engagement activities  Monitor building access and help maintain community security procedures  Handle resident service requests and communicate with onsite teams to ensure timely resolutions  Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports as needed  Support the onsite management team with administrative and clerical tasks  Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive resident experience  Qualifications:  Previous customer service, hospitality, concierge, front desk, or administrative experience preferred  Professional appearance and positive attitude  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities  Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment  Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications  Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required  Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills  Previous multifamily, hotel, or hospitality experience is a plus  Friedman Real Estate is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
