Electrician

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for the following:

• Wide variety of commercial construction services for all locations, property and/or facilities owned or operated by TFCU.
• Provide technical expertise to resolve complex problems and perform in-field repairs, preventative maintenance, installations, and inspections.
• Follow all requirements set forth by the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board, other associated laws, practices, and regulations when performing functions within their trades licensing scope.
• Manage, plan, organize and control their assigned projects, conducting inspections and reviews upon completion.
• When outside contractors are used for larger projects, the incumbent may serve as a liaison, foreman or lead for all commercial projects which are within their licensing scope

Salary Range:

This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate is $41.52 - $51.90 per hour; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Schedule:

Normally works a weekday schedule, but may be required to work evenings, holidays, or weekends. May be required to travel overnight with or without notice. Could be subjected to on-call status.

Education/Experience:

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, the successful completion of an Unlimited Journeyman Program (or one rated for commercial application) and associated hours as defined by the State of Oklahoma and the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board for Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing Industries and two years of additional commercial experience for that track/industry are required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
• Valid driver’s license, maintaining an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Current, Oklahoma Journeyman License (Unlimited or rated for commercial application), for selected trade track/industry required.
• Current, Oklahoma Contractor License, for selected trade track/industry preferred.
