Important Training Requirement
To prepare you for long-term success, all Oklahoma City hires will complete a paid 180-day training program in Dallas, TX before returning to help launch and grow the Oklahoma City market.
During training, you'll work alongside experienced Heritage team members, learn our sales and project management process, and gain the hands-on experience needed to succeed in your market.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Perform roof inspections for storm damage
- Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
- Manage roofing restoration projects from start to finish
- Build relationships within the community and generate referrals
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the restoration process

Successful candidates often come from sales, athletics, military, hospitality, customer service, retail management, or construction—but no previous roofing or sales experience is required.

- Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
- Ability to complete the required 180-day paid training program in Dallas, TX
