Serves as the Executive Director of Operations & Post Acute Services for identified areas of responsibility to develop goals and objectives of the hospital. These areas of responsibility include all regional Care Management operations, Behavioral Health, Mercy Hospital OKCs Post Acute Narrowed Network, liaison to Mercy Rehabilitation Hospitals, management of onsite LTACH agreement(s), Mercys Critical Access Hospital(s) Swing Bed Program, Care Navigation, Palliative Care (Inpatient & Outpatient), Dietician Services (Inpatient & Outpatient), and Inpatient Physical Medicine services. Plans, directs, and evaluates population health initiatives in conjunction with care management services. Serves as a content expert in care management & post acute operations, strategies, outcome measurement, and collaborative approaches. Works directly withthe department directors/managers/supervisors to provide leadership and guidance in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, staffing, and evaluating each department/service line. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Performs related duties as assigned.

Position Details:

Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field; Masters Preferred. Experience: Hospital and/or Post Acute Care experience preferred.Other: Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Upholds and role models behaviors of professionalism. Remains knowledgeable in advances in the health care environment through continuing education in areas of responsibilities. Is active in community/professional organizations. Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: Varies according to daily tasks, i.e., administrative versus clinical. Usually works in a clean, air-conditioned area. Variable hours.
