Full Time Make Ready Technician

Allmark Property Management, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Full Time Make Ready Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing apartment units for new tenants, ensuring that each unit meets our high-quality standards for occupancy.

The position involves interior painting, repairing, and general maintenance tasks within the apartments, as well as some exterior building and groundskeeping duties.

• Proven experience in apartment maintenance or a similar role
• Ability to complete work orders efficiently and with attention to detail
• Skills in painting, minor repairs, and general maintenance
• Reliable, team-oriented, with good communication skills
• Ability to handle on-call maintenance duties as part of a rotation schedule
• Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining community standards
