Job DetailsJob Location: Hospital - Oklahoma City, OK 73114Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: EveningsThe housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for the Supervision of completion of all housekeeping operations for the healthcare facility. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training and developing an hourly staff, in addition to handling customer and client requests and maintaining appropriate infection control standards as they pertain to the department.   Recruits, hires, and provides departmental orientation/training, and sufficient number of qualified staff to carry out the responsibilities of the facility’s housekeeping and linen departments. Ensures employee performance meets or exceeds expectations and annual performance appraisals are conducted on a timely manner. QualificationsHigh School Graduate or GED.  Must have working knowledge of Housekeeping operations.  Must have the ability to motive and encourage others. Experience in Team Lead or Supervisor capacity.
