We’re looking for a HVAC Certified Lead Maintenance Technician to join our Oklahoma City team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can solve problems, lead a team, and keep a community running at its best.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily maintenance operations
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and boilers
• Maintain rooftop AC and HVAC systems
• Oversee work orders, preventative maintenance, and make-readies
• Support and coordinate maintenance staff and vendors
• Maintain excellent property condition and resident satisfaction
• Participate in emergency on-call rotation

⭐ What You Bring

• 3+ years of multifamily Lead Maintenance experience
• HVAC & EPA certification required
• Strong HVAC and plumbing expertise
• Rooftop AC experience
• Leadership experience
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
