ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Safety oriented (Safety First). * Deciphers job orders. * Read prints, charts, calipers and other various measurement tools. * Identifies and is accountable for various parts and material. * Complete basic forms. * Verifies accuracy of paperwork. * Prioritize job orders by due date. * Keep copy of the Production Job Order with parts * Adjust fixturing. * Periodically inspect tools and equipment for accuracy and or deficiencies. * Build main valves, sub-assemblies and solve valve kitting problems. * Drills, seats, presses, loctites, threads, measures, trims, polishes, washes, preps, paints, performs back pressure tests and sand blasts. * Sets valves * Be professional with a positive attitude. * Be willing and available for cross-training when work load requires QualificationsSKILLS REQUIRED: * Ability to function efficiently both individually and as part of a team. * Posses strong problem solving skills * Ability to pay attention to detail. * Ability to prioritize. * Able to be accountable, reliable, punctual, and have good work ethics. * Ability to be open-minded and learn new things. * Prior general assembly experience and strong mechanical aptitude preferred. * Class 4 & 5 Fork lift experience preferred but not required.
