Job DetailsJob Location: CORP - Oklahoma City, OK 73134Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeTravel Percentage: As RequiredJob Shift: DayThe Corporate IT Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of all IT functions at our Corporate Headquarters and field locations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in IT security, including CMMC Level 2 compliance, and experience managing enterprise data systems and application platforms in the GovCon (government contracting) space.  This position reports to the Vice President of Program Operations and the Chief Operating Officer and will serve as a key partner in aligning technology initiatives with business goals.   Essential Duties of the Position Strategic & Operational IT Leadership Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives. Lead and manage all IT operations, infrastructure, and support services across corporate and field locations. Define and manage the IT budget, including cost optimization and vendor contract negotiations. Oversee the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies to support business growth and operational efficiency. Cybersecurity & Compliance Lead the organization’s cybersecurity program, ensuring compliance with CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171, and other DoD cybersecurity frameworks. Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and incident response planning. Develop and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and employee training programs. Serve as the primary liaison with external assessors during CMMC certification audits. Enterprise Systems & Data Management Oversee the management and integration of application platforms and enterprise data solutions. Ensure data integrity, availability, and security across all systems. Manage the IT change control and release management processes including engagement with the change advisory board (CAB). Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Define team goals, manage workloads, and conduct performance evaluations. Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring timely provisioning of IT resources and access. IT Governance & Support Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs). Manage helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Oversee asset management, including procurement, deployment, and lifecycle tracking of hardware and software. Represent the IT function in cross-functional meetings and customer engagements as needed. QualificationsRequired Qualifications 5–10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong understanding of CMMC Level 2 requirements and NIST 800-171 compliance. Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), networking, and endpoint management. Familiarity with modern application platforms and enterprise data tools. Must be eligible to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.  Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated experience managing IT operations in a DoD contractor or GovCon environment. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CMMC Certified Professional (CCP). Experience leading CMMC certification efforts or working with external assessors. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
