The OT develops and implements individualized treatment plans designed to enhance functional performance, improve quality of life, and support participants in maintaining the highest level of independence within the PACE model of care.    Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience:  Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program required.   Current unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice required.   Current NBCOT certification preferred.   Current CPR certification required.   Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience preferred; geriatric, rehabilitative, or PACE experience strongly preferred.
