Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

This position will play an important role in evaluating and treating patients with traumatic brain injuries, concussion-related symptoms, vestibular dysfunction, balance impairments, gait abnormalities, cervical spine injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions.

The ideal candidate is passionate about neurological rehabilitation, committed to providing high-quality patient care, and comfortable working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide evidence-based rehabilitation focused on improving mobility, balance, strength, endurance, coordination, and functional performance

  • Treat patients with traumatic brain injury, concussion, vestibular dysfunction, balance impairments, gait abnormalities, whiplash-associated disorders, cervical spine injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions

  • Design and implement individualized therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, vestibular rehabilitation, gait training, and balance rehabilitation programs

  • Collaborate with neurologists, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, speech-language pathologists, and other clinical team members to coordinate patient care

  • Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and within required timeframes

  • Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, home exercise programs, symptom management, and recovery expectations

  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response and functional goals

  • Maintain compliance with all applicable clinical, ethical, documentation, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Oklahoma licensure

  • Strong clinical evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation skills

  • Experience in neurological rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, concussion management, balance rehabilitation, cervical rehabilitation, or orthopedic physical therapy preferred, but not required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills

  • Experience using electronic medical record systems preferred
