Job Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Quapah Ave.)
Work days/Shift Hours – if applicable: Sunday - Thursday / 9:30PM - 6:00AM
Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $_17.30__ to $_22.54__ per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
General Purpose
Responsible for sanitizing various equipment within designated work area.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean interior and exterior of processing and manufacturing equipment.
- Prepare sanitation chemicals and equipment.
- Ensure all necessary caps are in proper locations.
- Set up equipment in preparation for use by manually lifting and moving equipment and/or chemicals.
- Assess and rectify problems on all equipment.
- Read, understand and follow standard operating procedures.
- Train new team members
- Communicate with management on daily basis
- Create work orders when needed or assigned by supervisor
- Maintain sanitation supply inventory
- Review daily CIP chart data
Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Bachelor’s degree in physical science and/or food industry experience preferred.
- Experience: 0 - 3 general work experience required. Experience working in food production or manufacturing environment. Ability to operate various equipment. Ability to read and understand Material Safety Data Sheets. Forklift certification a plus.
