Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate Headquarters - Oklahoma City, OK 73162As a key driver of enterprise initiatives, the Project Manager plays a pivotal role in translating strategic vision into actionable outcomes. This role leads multiple high-impact projects across the organization, engaging cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, momentum, and measurable success. With a sharp focus on execution, the Project Manager applies a structured project management framework to guide initiatives from inception to completion; balancing scope, schedule, and budget while navigating complexity with confidence. This position sits within our Oklahoma City based corporate office, currently with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.   RESPONSIBILITIES Drive strategic execution of multiple complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and delivering measurable business value Architect and lead comprehensive project plans, including business cases, charters, stakeholder impact analyses, and post-project evaluations, with a focus on continuous improvement Champion project strategy, ensuring every activity, milestone, and decision supports the broader organizational vision Collaborate across the EPMO portfolio, partnering with Senior Project Managers to align dependencies, optimize resources, and maintain program cohesion Mobilize cross-functional teams, fostering engagement, accountability, and momentum across departments to ensure consistent progress and quality outcomes Own the full project lifecycle, from initiation through deployment, with a proactive approach to risk management, stakeholder alignment, and change readiness Establish and monitor success metrics, translating project performance into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders Lead with initiative and adaptability, applying creative problem-solving and structured analysis to navigate ambiguity and drive results Contribute to EPMO maturity, helping shape frameworks, tools, and governance models that elevate project delivery standards Bridge business, technology, and operations, translating strategic objectives into executable plans that meet stakeholder needs Communicate with clarity and influence, tailoring messaging to diverse audiences and fostering transparency, trust, and shared ownership     EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or other applicable degree preferred 2 - 5 years of Project Management experience required Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or other Project Management certifications is a plus     KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES Proven experience in project management, with a track record of managing complex projects and programs on time, on schedule, and within budget parameters Experience leading, motivating, and managing various project teams, including internal and external resources, while holding the team accountable for performance Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers Proficient with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with experience presenting to stakeholders Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment       Not sure you meet every requirement?
