We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Revenue Cycle Specialist to help drive strong financial performance while ensuring an outstanding patient financial experience.  Role Summary As a Revenue Cycle Specialist, you will own accounts receivable, payment posting, collections, reconciliations, and revenue cycle reporting for Agility Medical Group and Eclipse Therapy Solutions. You will play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow, accurate financial records, and excellent service to patients and payers. This position also serves as backup support for compliance visits and audit preparation. We are looking for a high-ownership professional who thrives on accuracy, problem-solving, and continuous improvement in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Cycle & Collections Manage patient and insurance accounts receivable, including timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding balances. Respond promptly to patient billing inquiries and resolve account issues with professionalism. Process patient refunds and maintain complete supporting documentation. Cash Management & Payment Processing Accurately post insurance payments, patient payments, denials, and contractual adjustments. Process lockbox deposits and mail payments with strong reconciliation practices. Maintain audit-ready financial records and documentation. Reporting & Financial Support Prepare weekly and monthly revenue cycle reports. Reconcile collections and support month-end close processes, including commission reporting. Partner with Accounting on financial reporting and data validation. Compliance Support Serve as backup for accreditation surveys, compliance audits, and on-site visits. Maintain knowledge of Medicare, DMEPOS, and payer guidelines to support audit readiness.  What We Offer Competitive Salary: $55,000–$62,000 annually (depending on experience) Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage. Solid experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance reimbursement, payment posting, and insurance follow-up. Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DMEPOS) billing. Familiarity with Brightree or similar DME billing software. Experience supporting payer audits, accreditation surveys, or compliance processes. Experience with financial reporting, account reconciliations, and reporting tools.
