Responsibilities

As a Roadway Practice Builder you will serve in a role focusing on the growth and expansion of Kimley-Horn’s client base with a focus on DOT and municipal transportation in the Oklahoma City area and beyond. In this role, you will partner closely with other growth-minded leaders in the firm. In addition, we have a robust dedicated Marketing team that will provide additional support in developing market strategy and assist with proposal leadership. Collectively we will achieve rapid and high-quality growth in existing and new markets. We believe this role will allow you to leverage many strengths, resulting in a direct impact on our firm’s stability and growth in identified focus areas.

Qualifications

Licensed Civil Engineer in the State of Oklahoma
Track record of successfully winning and delivering work
Established relationships with DOT and/or local municipalities
10 years plus experience in civil design of urban roadways, freeways, and interchanges
Demonstrated ability to manage roadway projects profitably through agency specifications
Experience writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for projected work.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
Ability to manage staff, and direct resources effectively with a positive impact.
