Salary: $55,000 Job Brief: We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile School Support Coordinator to execute our ministry-led School Support Programs in both public and private Christian schools. In this role, you will be responsible for building school partnerships, implementing programs, and engaging with the community to increase awareness and impact. What You’ll Do: Thoroughly understand and implement the School Support Program while upholding all policies and procedures. Deliver public speaking engagements as needed. Secure funding for the program through partnerships with schools and community organizations. Stay informed about prevention strategies and best practices in the field. Travel frequently to schools in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Wichita, with potential for further expansion. Maintain regular contact with school administrators to communicate event details and provide updates. Facilitate programming for student assemblies, lunch gatherings, and training sessions for teachers and parents. Keep accurate documentation and trackers, updating them daily. Communicate consistently with your Direct Report regarding program progress. Collaborate closely with the Program Operations Team to ensure staff readiness for School Support activities. Create schedules and reminders for staff involved in School Support Program initiatives. Foster a positive organizational culture within Hope is Alive. Infuse creativity into program development and execution. Exercise fiscal responsibility when making program-related purchases. Mentor youth within the program, providing guidance and support in their development. Collaborate with counselors to address any crises encountered and make appropriate referrals when necessary. Points For: Experience working with youth. F-PRSS certification or other relevant certifications in the field. Background in prevention work. Bonus Points If: Previous experience in public speaking. Experience in fundraising or securing financial support for programs.
