Meticulous Eye for Detail: Constant need for close-up vision to spot detailing needs, differentiate clean from dirty surfaces, and preserve premium community aesthetics. Physical Stamina & Agility: Capable of spending 70-85% of the day on your feet, climbing stairs/ladders, bending, stooping, and lifting boxes or equipment up to 35 lbs. Technical Chemical Literacy: Knowledge and skill in the safe handling, mixing, and application of diverse cleaning fluids, buffers, vacuums, and mechanical tools. Proactive Hazard Detection: Strong ability to apply logical thinking to spot unsafe asset conditions (e.g., broken pool gates, burned-out exterior lighting) and report them instantly. Communication Excellence: Proficient verbal and written English communication skills to gracefully interact with residents, supervisors, and guests. Productive Under Pressure: Ability to manage multiple asset cleanup deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a positive, service-oriented posture. Foundational Education: High School diploma or equivalent required to perform essential compliance and procedural functions of the role. Mobility & Schedule Readiness: Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and availability to work 40 hours per week (primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend availability). Safety & Compliance Committed: Full alignment with federal I-9 verification, company safety checklists, personal protective equipment (PPE) mandates, and Fair Housing rules.   What the Job Looks Like (What You'll Do)   Showcase Corporate Hubs: Clean, polish, and detail the primary leasing office, clubrooms, and community restrooms daily before the strict 9:00 AM standard. Perfect Showcase Models: Maintain on-site model units daily to ensure they look pristine, fresh, and fully prepared for high-impact prospective property tours. Prep Move-In Vacancies: Execute complete turnover cleaning within vacant apartment homes, ensuring units remain completely move-in ready for incoming residents. Detail Lifestyle Amenities: Clean, sanitize, and maintain property fitness centers, common laundry facilities, and social hubs daily by 11:00 AM. Manage Supply Pipelines: Perform routine checks on commercial cleaning inventory and notify property management of product ordering needs on a bi-weekly schedule. Support Community Outreach: Walk the property layout to distribute time-sensitive resident communications, community flyers, and neighborhood pest control notices. Uphold Site Safety: Maintain absolute cleanliness and organization across all field work areas, executing regular cleanups to prevent safety hazards. Protect Asset Grounds: Keep a constant eye on curb appeal, assisting the grounds maintenance staff by picking up stray litter across common walking trails. Report Liability Hazards: Walk the physical property with a safety-first mindset, immediately notifying the team of broken steps, holes, or lighting failures.
