What You’ll Do:

✔️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
✔️ Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
✔️ Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
✔️ Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
✔️ Provide guidance and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy Students.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation).

✅ Oklahoma PT license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates).
✅ Someone with 3+ years of experience in pediatrics who is willing and eager to take on students and supervise PTAs.
✅ Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
✅ Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED – We provide interpreter support!
