What You Will Be Doing:
Perform general clerical and administrative tasks with regard to policy service and office maintenance associated with maintaining continuing services to policyholders and others during periods when local agency is not staffed by Agent. Respond to questions, act as liaison regarding claims, premiums, coverages and other issues, and maintain all agency records to ensure smooth transition of agents.
