About the Role:

The Busser plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area to ensure a pleasant and efficient dining experience for all guests. This position supports the waitstaff by promptly clearing and resetting tables, replenishing supplies, and assisting with general upkeep throughout the service period. The Busser contributes to a smooth workflow by anticipating the needs of both guests and team members, helping to create a welcoming and comfortable environment. Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic communication skills to interact courteously with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and carry items such as trays, dishes, and cleaning supplies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering chips or other items, and responding to guest requests as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and organizing chairs.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly and ensure that service stations are stocked and orderly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to facilitate efficient service and timely table turnover.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
