Location 12000 N MacArthur Blvd Oklahoma City, OK 73162 Conveniently located near the Kilpatrick Turnpike and Lake Hefner Parkway at N MacArthur Blvd. and NW 122nd Street in Oklahoma City Position Overview The Life Enrichment Assistant helps plan and lead activities that support residents’ emotional, social, cognitive, and physical well-being. This role works closely with residents throughout the day and helps create a warm, engaging environment throughout the community. This is a full-time position. Please note that weekend availability is required. Responsibilities Lead and assist with daily activities, events, games, crafts, music, exercise, and social engagement Encourage resident participation and build positive relationships with residents and families Support outings, special events, and holiday celebrations Assist with activity setup, decorating, organization, and cleanup Help maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the community Work collaboratively with caregivers, nursing staff, and leadership Adapt activities to meet the unique needs of residents living with dementia   Why Join IRIS?
