Join our team as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) and provide compassionate, one-on-one care to seniors and adults in the comfort of their own homes. We proudly serve clients throughout Northwest Oklahoma City, Oklahoma City, Bethany, Yukon, Mustang, El Reno. What You’ll Be Doing Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene. Provide mobility assistance, transfers, walking support, and safety supervision. Prepare light meals and assist with eating when needed. Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and changing bed linens. Offer companionship through conversation and engaging daily activities. Help clients maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. Document services provided and communicate any concerns or changes to the care team. Qualifications Completion of a state-approved Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Nurse Aide training program preferred. Previous caregiving experience is beneficial but not required. Compassionate, dependable, and respectful attitude. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance preferred. Ability to work independently while following individualized care plans. Why Join Our Team?
