What You’ll Do Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance. Help clients with mobility, transfers, walking, and daily routines. Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed. Perform light household tasks such as laundry, dishes, dusting, sweeping, and maintaining a clean environment. Observe changes in clients’ conditions and communicate updates to the care team. Build positive, trusting relationships that improve each client’s quality of life. Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. High school diploma or GED preferred. At least 6 months of caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus. QualificationsEDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES / AVAILABILITY High school graduate of G.E.D. certificate preferred. Six months experience as a Personal Care Assistant in health care (in homes or facilities) and successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide or Personal Care Assistant course. Interpersonal relations abilities. Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.     WORKING ENVIRONMENT Primarily works in client’s place of residence; travel may be required.  Shift times and days vary with client needs.
