Job Summary
The fleet training specialist is responsible for developing and conducting driver training courses to a wide range of Medline employees. Coordinate and conduct training and coaching activities to ensure the safety of team members.Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and deliver training content to drivers, supervisors and managers. Deliver hands on driver training within assigned geography. Ensure that drivers are being trained in compliance with DOT and Medline standards.
Evaluate effectiveness of training programs.Â
DOT Compliance – Partner with the compliance team to ensure compliance with all applicable DOT regulations,
including driver qualification files, Hours of Service, driver inspections and on the road performance. Develop
responses and action plans to USDOT interventions and safety audits as needed.
Perform audits and inspections within assigned region as required.Â

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$73,000.00 - $110,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
