This role is responsible for supporting warehouse bench assembly operations with a focus on painting, finishing, and quality control. The position involves working with paint and cleaning chemicals to color match, mix, and apply paint according to project specifications, as well as performing touch-ups, repairs, and caulking on assemblies. A key aspect of the role is identifying and remediating paint defects to ensure products meet strict quality standards and are delivered with zero defects.
The individual will operate within a structured warehouse environment, performing repetitive tasks, material handling, and maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas. Strong attention to detail is essential, along with adherence to 5S principles to maintain an organized and safe workspace. Responsibilities also include creating and applying assembly identification labels and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
This position requires strict compliance with OSHA, company, and customer-specific safety requirements, and includes performing additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary and can include, but is not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with paint and cleaning chemicals
- Color match and mix paint to specification per project requirements
- Perform touch up and painting repairs
- Caulking in, on, and around assemblies
- Remediation of all paint defects/ Quality control to meet specifications
- Works within a warehouse bench assembly environment.
- Identifies ways to improve processes and participate in implementing those improvements.
- Uses keen attention to detail to ensure the highest quality and zero defects.
- Adheres to 5S principles ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Able to perform repetitive tasks for an extended period.
- Performs material handling duties.
- Cleans and maintains tools, test equipment, and work area.
- Maintains compliance with all OSHA, company, and customer-specific safety requirements.
- Creating/Printing/Application of assembly identification labels.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical or system solutions
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
