We're seeking a motivated Technician to join our team. This is a high-performing, customer-focused collision center that prioritizes OEM repair standards, continuous training, and a strong team culture. This role sits at the handoff between body repair and paint, so we're looking for someone with a strong combination of body work and prep/finish experience.

What you'll do
- Minor body repairs
- Part repair / replacement
- Fill and priming work
- Reassembly
- Suspension repairs
- Light automotive mechanical repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Read / repair per OEM repair procedures
- Welding knowledge and skills (steel, aluminum, and spot)
- Frame rack experience
- Repair and replace restraint systems (SRS)
Requirements
Non-negotiables
- Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule
- Ability to lift, squat, kneel, bend, and manage parts over 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Must provide own hand and power tools (large equipment provided)
- Self-accountable, high integrity
- 2 to 5+ years of experience preferred for top-tier pay band; entry-level candidates with relatable mechanical/automotive background welcome
