DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire an Estimator for our Entry Door Systems team in Olathe, Kansas. We are looking for an individual that is detail oriented, enjoys working with numbers, and has a competitive drive. 

This role would be a great position for Math Teachers looking to move out of teaching or if you have experience in accounting, finance, customer service, business, marketing, administration, assistant, billing/payroll, or construction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review drawings and specifications to determine amounts and most appropriate product based on specific job requirements to complete the project
  • Collaborate with managers about sale strategies
  • Determine cost of projects based on products and quantity
  • Strong communication with vendors, customers and upper management 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion
  • Other duties may be assigned

 Job Requirements: 

  • Mathematically inclined - innately good with numbers
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • No experience required - On the job training is available for those with strong attributes!
