We are seeking dedicated, dependable, and hardworking crew members who enjoy working outdoors and working with their hands to join our team! The ideal candidates will be responsible for various outdoor tasks that contribute to the maintenance and beautification of residential and business lawns. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Crew members will engage in activities such as mowing, edging, trimming, mulch installation, gutter cleaning, leaf removal, etc.

What Makes This Job Different:Â
We use a pay-for-performance system where you can earn up to 20% of the revenue you generate. Work efficiently, go home earlier, and make more per hour. Our top performers earn $25-35/hr. You are still guaranteed your base hourly rate at a minimum.
Mostly Solo Crews - You own your routes & clients!
The Work
Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing residential lawns
Seasonal services: leaf removal, mulch, yard cleanups, and snow removal
Operating commercial stand-on mowers and other equipment (we train you)
Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends

Requirements
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to our shop in Olathe, KSÂ
- Valid driver’s license (you’ll be driving trucks with trailers)Â
- Able to do hard physical work outdoors in Kansas heatÂ
- Show up on time, every day. This is the #1 requirement.Â
- No lawn care experience needed — we have a full training program. Coachability matters more to us!

- P4P threshold (crew hourly rate): $100+/hr
- Quality: Zero callbacks / zero re-work
- Attendance: 0 unexcused absences or no-shows (100% passed)
- Equipment care: No damage from neglect or abuse (truck/trailer/equipment kept clean & working)
- Mapsly compliance: Accurate, complete check-in/out data — fewer than 2 errors per week
