The main responsibility of this candidate will be in resident transportation to appointments and picking up newly admitted residents. This position will work Monday-Fridays from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Job Requirements:

· 2+ years long term care experience 

· Valid driver's license.

· Preferred Kansas C.N.A. certification

· CPR Certified (we can provide CPR training if needed)

· The ability to pass a company required motor vehicle background check and other relevant background checks

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist with resident transportation to appointments and picking up newly admitted residents.

· Attains agreed upon goals and objectives within specified time frames, as part of the organization’s overall mission.

· Attends required Safety Training programs and can describe his/her responsibilities related to general safety, department/service safety, specific job-related hazards.

· Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible and courteous environment.

· Promotes effective working relations and works effectively as part of a department/unit team inter and intra departmentally to facilitate the department’s/unit’s ability to meet its goals and objectives.

· Other duties as assigned.
