Boone Brothers Roofing is hiring Commercial Roofers for projects throughout the Kansas City metro area. Our office is located in Olathe, KS.  Work is local, with occasional travel depending on project needs.

We are a Nations Roof Company, part of one of the largest and most respected commercial roofing organizations in the U.S. That means consistent work, professional crews, strong safety standards, and long-term stability.

Commercial roofing experience is preferred, We will train motivated individuals willing to learn will be trained in the construction industry.

Types of Work

• TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen & BUR
• Occasional shingle work on multifamily & apartment complexes
• New construction, re-roofs & service work
• Industrial, retail, office, hospitality & multifamily buildings
• Insulation, vapor barriers, metal flashing & roof accessories

(This is primarily commercial work — shingle projects are limited to multifamily/apartment buildings.)

What We’re Looking For

• Commercial or large-scale roofing experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and work safely
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Willingness to travel when projects require it
• OSHA certification a plus (paid training provided)

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $22.00 – $35.00/hour (based on experience & skill level)
Work: Steady, year-round projects
