Shift Opportunity 2nd Shift Available Earn an additional shift differential for working 2nd shift What You’ll Do As a Production Material Handler, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines running efficiently and safely. Daily Responsibilities: Read job tickets to determine raw material needs for production lines Deliver and stage materials at the correct machines on time Receive, organize, and stock finished product in designated areas Rotate inventory (FIFO) to ensure proper usage and minimize waste Maintain clean, organized aisles and workspaces (5S standards) Monitor materials, processes, and equipment for efficiency and quality Communicate production issues and support problem-solving efforts Follow all safety protocols and immediately address unsafe conditions Support quality control standards and internal audit processes What You Bring High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) Basic math and computer skills Strong organization, time management, and decision-making ability Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Effective communication and teamwork skills Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn) Ability to operate powered industrial equipment Positive attitude in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Physical Requirements Frequently stand, walk, and move throughout the shift Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Occasional bending, kneeling, and climbing Work in a production environment with noise, movement, and visual activity Ability to see, hear, and respond to equipment, alarms, and surroundings Why Phenix?
