· Build long- and short-range schedules ensuring full coverage of aircrew, instructor, evaluator, support, and supervisor positions

· Obtain aircraft and equipment availability from maintenance and schedule crewmembers for training, exercises, simulators, and operations

· Coordinate with Wing Scheduling and outside agencies for exercises such as RED FLAG, GREEN FLAG, and Weapons School support

· Attend recurring meetings including Special Use Airspace Scheduling, Planning/Coordinating Airspace Restrictions, and Range Scheduling
