The County Federal Credit Union is seeking a positive, ambitious individual to join our team as a Full-Time IT Technician Support in our Old Town branch!


The IT Support Technician, will be based in our Old Town branch. This position will be responsible for providing technical support to end users via Helpdesk ticketing system and remote assistance. Troubleshooting hardware and software related to the organization’s desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Ensuring installation and configuration of company assets are as optimal as possible to maintain the highest possible uptime. Inventory and infrastructure support are essential functions that support the company. Excellent problem-solving skills and communication are critical.
