Located in Oldsmar, FL, Osgood designs and manufactures high-quality clean and ultra-clean filling systems for the food industry, delivering customized solutions and comprehensive lifecycle support to customers worldwide.   Come Grow with Us!     We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team.  You will work directly with customers, provide ongoing technical support, optimize high-performance equipment, support the installation, startup, and troubleshooting of advanced OEM filling systems deployed across North, Central, and South America. This hands-on role combines mechanical, electrical, and controls expertise with customer-facing problem solving to keep critical customer operations running successfully.   What You Will Do:   Perform machine repairs, adjustments, upgrades, and preventive maintenance Provide professional technical support and build strong customer relationships Install and commission complex automated filling equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls-related issues Diagnose PLC, HMI, sensors, drives, and automation problems Train customer operators and maintenance teams   What We Are Looking For:   Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background Experience servicing industrial machinery or automated equipment Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Experience with PLCs, HMIs, controls, or automation systems preferred Self-motivated problem solver who can work independently Strong communication skills and customer service mindset   QualificationsQualifications:   5+ years of industrial equipment service experience Experience with OEM machinery, packaging equipment, robotics, or automation Valid driver’s license   Travel:   This position requires approximately 60–75% travel, including overnight stays at customer locations.
