A North Pinellas-based law firm is seeking a full-time Receptionist to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for our clients. You will take ownership of a steady volume of incoming phone calls while performing a variety of essential clerical tasks.
Top 3 Accountabilities
Your Work DNA
- You display certain ease and grace under pressure. Your positivity and can-do attitude are amplified when you are handling multiple tasks at once. You are adaptable and coachable.
- Your ability to understand and anticipate needs, often in advance of them asking the question, leads some people to think you are a mind reader. You are service-oriented.
- You are a team player, both reliable and present in your role. Your supervisor and teammates can count on you to do what you say you’ll do.
Work Schedule
- Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch.
You are scheduled for 37.5 hours but paid for a full 40-hour week. This built-in cushion ensures you are already fully compensated for the infrequent occasion when you may need to come in a little early or stay a few minutes late to wrap up a client matter.
- At least one year of previous reception, hospitality, or retail experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and spelling. Ability to clearly communicate with diverse audiences via in-person, phone, and email.
- Natural ability to thrive when multitasking in a cutting-edge, technology-driven environment operating at a fast pace (comfort adopting digital tools and cloud communications like Zoom Workplace, Microsoft 365, Clio, and Qualia is highly preferred).
- Comfortable adapting to AI-driven tools and automated workflows.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform light physical office tasks.
- $24 per hour (guaranteed 40 hours of pay per week)
- 80 hours of paid time off (PTO)—can be used for vacation, sick, or personal days
- Paid holidays
- Health insurance 100% company-paid
- 401(k) with 4% company match
- A casual work and dress environment
