You’re the glue that holds real estate transactions together and makes them happen.
An expanding North Pinellas-based law firm is seeking a Transaction Advocate (Title Processor) who will perform a variety of tasks in support of our real estate practice and its title services.
As part of each closing from contract to post-closing, you will support the closer and agents by collecting, organizing, coordinating, and processing all necessary documentation from various parties to ensure the closing is completed on time and with minimal stress.
Details matter. And when something isn’t right – paperwork is incomplete, or a detail is wrong – you know how to fix it.
People appreciate your friendliness and expertise. People depend on you to deliver. And you do with a smile.
