Do you enjoy spending time with the elderly population? Do you enjoy driving? This could be the perfect job for you if you answered yes to these questions. We are looking for an energetic, fun loving, caring person to transport our patients to area appointments. 

Under the direction of the Activities Manager, is responsible for, but not limited to, the provision and coordination of non-emergency medical transport services to patients.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Completion of a certified home health aide training or equivalency program approved by the NY State Department of Health or completion of personal care aide training or equivalency program approved by the NY State Department of Social Services.

2. Demonstrated organizational ability.

3. Effective verbal and written communications skills.

4. Acceptable driver’s license and automobile available for use with current insurance.

5. Availability by phone.

6. NYS approved Safe Driver’s Course every three years
