2nd Shift Hours: 2:00 pm - 12:30 am, Monday through Thursday (4-10 Schedule). Potential for overtime.

Job Description: Level 1 Assembler 
 
Level 1 Assembler Job Purpose: 

Level 1 assemblers are trained in assembly of product but have not received certification as final assembler.  This associate is classified as an assistant and or working towards certification. 

Level 1 Assembler Job Duties:

  • Demonstrates the ability to assist in all final assembly positions
  • General production help
  • Tapping sleeve final assembly
  • Ultra-sleeve final assembly
  • TX3 final assembly
  • Repair Clamp final assembly
  • Operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures
  • Build product subassemblies or final assemblies
  • Prepare and assemble materials
  • Maintain inventory of job materials
  • Package finished products
  • Plan and lay out work to meet production and schedule requirements
  • Start up and shut down processing equipment
  • Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance
  • Clean production equipment or work areas
  • Select proper cleaning materials, tools, or equipment
