Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ
Meet and greet all will call customers and ensures their orders are completed expeditiouslyÂ
Ensure all logs including driver, visitor, and, customer are completed and filed according to policy; ensure completion of all Bills of Lading in accordance with regulatory agency and company policiesÂ
Respond to all customer requests in order to ensure highest level of customer serviceÂ
Document inbound schedule and ensures regulatory and compliance logs are completed and filed per policyÂ
Follow all safety, company, and 6S standards in the distribution center to ensure clean and safe working environment and security of all employeesÂ
Perform assigned tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and qualityÂ
This position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed.Â
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.Â
Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.Â
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Â
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.Â
Minimum Qualification
- High School Diploma or GED EquivalentÂ
- 0-1 year of relevant work experienceÂ
