Your Role on Our Team:Â
The Lead is responsible for directing and coaching employees.Â
You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities: Â
Oversee and assist with order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing ordersÂ
Schedules pick-upÂ
Train and coach employeesÂ
Monitors performance and production goalsÂ
Corrects errors and able to escalate to the proper individualÂ
Creates BOLs and bills ordersÂ
Perform computer related tasks and runs reportsÂ
Ensures that processes and polices are being followedÂ
Identify and correct production issuesÂ
Responsible for overall organization and cleaning of areaÂ
The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:Â
Requires education equivalent to four years of high schoolÂ
2-3 Years General Labor Experience Â
Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:Â
2 years Lead experience preferred Â
Strong communications skills both oral and written Â
Working Conditions: Â

Driving motorized equipment for long periods of timeÂ
Frequent bending, stooping, pushing and pulling of tools and boxesÂ
Able to work in various temperature conditionsÂ
Operation of motorized forkliftÂ
