The Job You Will Perform:

• Assures both machines have operating supplies such as ink, print dies, cutting dies, etc.
• Assist the operator and assistant in the operation of both machines in a safe and efficient manner in order to produce a quality product.
• Communicate consistently, openly, and effectively within your team and with other shifts and departments as well as supervision.
• Work closely with all team members to ensure each task is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist other team members in the plant to minimize downtime and maintain quality.  
• Work to become proficient in all areas of operating and maintaining the machine.

The Skills You Will Bring

• High school diploma or state-registered GED preferred.
• Ability to read factory orders, and accurately read tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment.
• Be able to work in a team environment and must be available to work rotating shifts weekends, and overtime.

Applicant must successfully complete a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
