We’re currently seeking a Full-Time Lawn Technician to join our growing team here at Lawn Doctor of Desoto County. Key Responsibilities:
- Apply fertilizers and lawn treatments using Motorized Push Spreaders or Walk Behind equipment
- Perform basic shop and equipment maintenance tasksÂ
- Promote and upsell additional services to customers in the fieldÂ
- Engage with customers to answer questions, resolve concerns, and enhance their service experienceÂ
- Maintain high productivity and quality service standards
- Note: This position does not involve mowing or landscaping duties.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsÂ
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate lawn care machinery
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
-  Must be at least 21 years old, valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Â Reliable transportation to and from work
