Test Operator II – 1st Shift

Location: Olive Branch, MS
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Pay: $18.50 per hour

Job Summary

We are hiring dependable and detail-oriented Test Operator II candidates for a leading electronics manufacturing facility in Olive Branch, MS.

In this role, you will perform functional testing on electronic products and components to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, production, electronics, testing, or quality experience who are comfortable working with computers and following detailed instructions.

Previous experience is preferred but not required. Training may be available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Perform functional testing on electronic products and components using testing equipment and established procedures
  • Verify products meet quality standards and customer specifications
  • Identify, document, and report product defects, errors, or test failures
  • Follow written work instructions, testing procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Accurately record test results and production data
  • Communicate quality concerns and testing issues to supervisors or team leads
  • Handle electronic components carefully to prevent damage
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Meet established quality and production expectations
  • Perform other production and testing duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, production, electronics, testing, inspection, or quality experience preferred but not required
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic work instructions or testing systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or errors
  • Ability to read and follow written procedures and instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
