Daytime Pizza Delivery Driver

At Marco’s Pizza, our Delivery Drivers are key to our success! As a Pizza Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for delivering our delicious products to customers quickly, safely, and with a smile. Pay Information:

• Earn up to $25.00/hour during Prime Shifts!
• Guaranteed reimbursement: Up to $3.70 per delivery taken
• Cash Tips: Taken home daily, providing additional earning potential

Pay Range: Includes base pay + guaranteed tips per delivery.

Flexible Schedule Availability:

• Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available
• Start Times: 10:00 AM or 10:45 AM
• Work any days of the week (weekend availability required)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Product Delivery: Safely, courteously, and promptly deliver our high-quality pizzas and menu items to customers.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform dish washing, cleaning, and box folding as needed to keep the workspace tidy and organized.
• Cross-Training: Learn and assist with in-store duties, such as pizza making, dough preparation, order taking, and more!
• Customer Interaction: Greet and welcome customers in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive experience every time.
• Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation following health and safety guidelines.
• Food Safety: Demonstrate safe food handling practices for storage, preparation, and delivery.
• Shift Duties: Complete shift responsibilities, including deployment, delivery preparation, and post-shift cleanup.

Job Requirements:

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Driver’s License: Valid driver's license required.
• Insurance: Proof of liability insurance is necessary.
• Driving History: Minimum of 2 years of documented driving history (via driver’s MVR or driver’s license).
• Vehicle: Must have a reliable delivery vehicle in good working condition.
• Smartphone: Must have a working smartphone to utilize Marco’s delivery app during shifts.
• Reliability: Must be reliable, punctual, and able to meet Marco’s Pizza Delivery Driver Standards.
