POSITION SUMMARY: As Admin support, this role is responsible for supporting our warehouse operations, processing shipping documentation, and ensuring outbound shipments are handled accurately and efficiently.

This position requires flexibility and a willingness to cross-train in multiple warehouse support functions as part of our “Move to the Work” culture, which encourages employees to expand their skills and knowledge.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Additional overtime, early mornings, or extended hours may be required based on business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping labels
  • Enter shipping information into internal systems to track orders and generate invoices
  • Coordinate LTL shipments by assigning carriers, obtaining freight quotes, and ensuring accurate routing
  • Process and manage third-party shipments using routing guides and online portals
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all shipping and documentation tasks
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and shared file systems
  • Assist with packaging customer orders to ensure products are protected during shipment
  • Cross-train in additional warehouse functions and support operational needs as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous warehouse administrative, shipping, logistics, or customer support experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Manhattan WMS, and warehouse bin location systems preferred
  • LTL shipping experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and file management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
  • Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions 
  • Manual dexterity for handling products and operating equipment
