About the Position:

 HealthPartners Hospital & Clinic  is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to lead and support our therapy services in Olivia, MN. This unique dual-role position combines clinical practice with operational leadership, making it ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in both patient care and administrative oversight.

Job Classification: Dual Role – Clinic Manager & Practicing Therapist/Therapist Assistant

Schedule: This position will be performed alongside the daily responsibilities of a practicing Therapist or Therapist Assistant at the Olivia clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring strong performance across all key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide effective staff leadership, including scheduling, coaching, performance management, and fostering a positive, team-focused culture.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospital leaders and departments to support collaboration, communication, and high-quality patient care.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding efforts for current openings, ensuring seamless integration into the clinic team.
  • Oversee workflow, productivity, and clinical quality standards to ensure excellent patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with organizational leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance clinic growth and community presence.

Requirements

  • Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Therapy or Therapy Assistant program. They must have, or be eligible for, licensing in Minnesota.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations across multiple service lines (LTC, Home Health, Inpatient, Outpatient)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in person
