What You’ll Do Lead and develop a multidisciplinary therapy team including PT, OT, SLP, and therapy assistants Oversee clinical quality, productivity, and compliance across your therapy department Manage caseload, scheduling, and staffing in coordination with building leadership Monitor and drive functional outcome performance including GG score tracking Collaborate with admissions, nursing, and interdisciplinary care teams to support census growth and care continuity Mentor clinical staff and foster a culture of excellence, autonomy, and patient-centered care Serve as the primary therapy liaison to building administration and corporate leadership What We’re Looking For Active clinical license in good standing — PT, OTR, PTA, COTA, or SLP Clinical experience in a SNF setting — prior DOR experience a plus but not required Strong clinical foundation with the ability to lead, develop, and retain a therapy team Comfortable managing productivity, scheduling, and compliance alongside clinical responsibilities Commitment to outcomes-driven, ethics-led care A natural leader who builds culture, not just manages schedules Pay & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Flexible scheduling Generous 401(k) with company match Continuing education units (CEUs) — available Paid time off and vacation pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance Tuition reimbursement Growth opportunities within a 12-facility network From Our Therapy Team “I feel supported, trusted, and confident that the work I do here actually matters.
