Location: Olney, Illinois

Status: Full Time (4.5 days per week)

Pay: $200,000-$400,000+

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Daily Guarantee of $1,000 for the first six months.

  • Paid on Adjusted Production: 30-34% (FFS practice)

  • CE allowance of $4,000 Per Year

Clinical Expectations:

We are supportive as you grow, but expect you to:

  • Provide precise, high-quality restorative care for your patients.

  • Perform extractions (implant experience is optional; we will provide training).

  • Learn advanced procedures (bone grafting, cosmetics, digital workflows).

  • Use top-tier technology.
