SUMMARYThe Warewasher/Dishwasher supports the Sous Chef and the Kitchen operations. Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, pots & pans, cooking utensils & knives, and tableware.Â

Requirements
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- At least 16 years of age.
- Conversational English.
- Comfortable working in a hot and noisy environment.Â
- Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the Club’s kitchens.Â
- Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 40 lbs.
EXPECTED WORK HOURS
- This is a seasonal position with a full-time scheduleÂ
- Must be able to work the PM shiftÂ
- Should be open to a flexible schedule as needed based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Â
- Overtime may be required during periods of increased member activity. When necessary, shifts may extend beyond the standard schedule, potentially exceeding 10 hours.
