Receptionist, PRN As Needed

Generations at Applewood in Matteson, Illinois, has an Opening for a PRN-As Needed Receptionist.

The Ideal Candidate will be able to work either 7a-1:30p or 1:30p-8p during the week and weekends when needed. 

- The Pay Rate is $16.00 per Hour -

We are looking for someone dedicated to friendly, customer service, prior receptionist experience with a big smile, a positive attitude, who is well spoken and has a professional appearance to handle our busy reception area.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:

• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Welcome and direct visitors, new employees and vendors upon arrival to the facility
• Manage files and tend to office duties, including typing, filing, sorting mail, directing faxes
• Keep lobby safe and tidy

Requirements

Requirements of the Receptionist:

• Basic computer and typing skills
• Several years experience as a receptionist or in customer service
• Some experience with a multi line phone system
• Exceptional phone etiquette
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be tolerant, compassionate and understanding of older adults and families
